Touché Bakery is a Totally Nut-Free , Kosher (dairy) and HACCP certified manufacturing and baking facility. We do not allow peanuts, tree-nuts, sesame seeds or coconut products or ingredients containing these items into our facility.

We manufacture biscotti, meringues, a variety of cookies, brownies as well as frozen cookie dough, muffin and brownie batter. Our products are available in several formats including individually wrapped and labeled, for retail markets in addition to foodservice and commercial packaging. We supply the fundraising industry with a wide variety of our products as well. Our commitment to your safety and continued high quality standards is paramount.
